Best company to hire. Had an older kitchen and bath needing remodeling. Owner Joe, helped me design, and all work was completed on time and seamlessly. Highly recommend them for remodeling. Can't wait for them to do my basement and basement bathroom next.

In July Pat came out and gave us a quote. In August he came back to the house for a check and for us to chose tiles from samples, he said we should easily have the project underway the week before Thanksgiving. On 9/10 we sent Pat our final selections for fixtures. The 1st week of November I called the 800 number to see if we were on track and because we had sent an email to Pat a week earlier which he hadn’t responded to, we still have not been called back from that message. On 11/18 Pat sent an email saying he just got back from vacation, and that there were still people in front of us, but the project should start in December. 11/28 we signed off on their form they sent and a digital receipt was sent to us and to Pat 12/18 Pat sent an email saying we didn’t fill that form out, on 12/21

We regret signing a contract with St Croix Kitchen & Bath. Last March 27th, we met with Pat. He told us work would begin in about 8 weeks and the job would only take 9-10 days to complete. We signed a contract and Pat took our down payment at that time. 8 weeks later we received an email letting us know we were next in line for scheduling. It has now been 6 months and we still can’t get a start date. After many unanswered calls and texts, Joe finally promised someone would be out to do a pre construction walk thru last week, but that never happened. They have had our money for 6 months and we are frustrated as can be.

100 square foot bathroom remodel with pocket door installation. The good: The installers were skilled and friendly. (Note: Except the plumber. The installers had to repair a couple of holes the plumber punched in the drywall. Then the plumber failed to install foam support for the jet tub as agreed, and failed to plug the tub in!) The wall tile installation in particular was a custom design that exceeded our expectations! The bad: Took over 5 months. Installers were "jobbers" who - and I can't make this up - did not show up on time EVER! I signed up for Angi.com to find a company that could help with a very small bathroom project, not a full remodel. The same day, I decided to close the project, but unbeknownst to me, the Angi website still pinged St. Croix Kitchen & Bath on my behalf for a quote. This was 5/27/25. St. Croix Kitchen and Bath has called me every single day since then, even weekend days. I have blocked their number and their emails and have reported them as spam, but I still receive daily voicemails from John. This is terrible marketing and is borderline harassment.
