We reached out to a couple of flooring vendors in Santa Rosa for a commercial retail flooring upgrade. Kerry and Cheryl usually take on residential projects but worked with us to create a AMAZING new look at our store, Wild Birds Unlimited Santa Rosa! Tony and Francesco showed up on time, every day, on the days that they said they would be there. They had a much bigger job than expected when they pulled up our 30 year old carpet and found cracks and disintegrated concrete that wasn't expected. They professionally patched and prepped the concrete slab and then put down beautiful LVP flooring to make our store shine. What a great place! The owner really gave us a lot of patient assistance! She was very caring and they had a good selection of quality carpets. We never felt rushed... This is our second time looking for a specific type of floor product and both times have been great experiences!!
