Rate posted at entrance was clearly $25 max in 24 hr period. No signage indicating anything otherwise. Online showed the same rate. So when we get to the gate the next morning, quite odd that it's asking for $35 despite only having been parked 18 hrs. Parking attendant refused to lower rate, but did not object to the fact that there was no indication of this rate change.

Nice enough garage and good location, but the fact that the elevator was not working both when we arrived and when we left hours later was obnoxious given we paid $25 to park. No sign that it was out of order, and I'm glad my husband could carry our toddler and stroller both down and up.

There's an entrance on two sides of the building. Automated entrance and exit looks pretty new. For motorcycles, there isn't a sign reading, no motorcycles. I'm not sure about the pressure plates for motorcycles leaving the exit if the arm will raise or not. Overall clean garage and well lit.

Our group purchased a pre-paid parking pass for the duration of our stay in the area, spanning a total of four days, and none of our passes worked. Each day had a separate pass and code, but none of them worked for leaving the garage and we had to receive help each time exiting the garage. This seemed to be an issue for many others who attended the same event as us, so leaving the garage took a lot longer than needed especially when multiple care left at once. The location is nice however.
