After completing the installation, I initially thought everything was fine. However, I soon noticed some condensation and cold air flowing through the cracks around the door. When I contacted the company, they returned to recaulk and reseal the door. Despite this, I continued to feel cold air coming in. I pointed out that there was a gap of about one and a half to two inches at the top of the door. Although I don’t install doors myself, it appeared to me that the door was not the correct size, which left gaps in the frame. I reached out to them again, and they called back but when I called back the same day, I could not get in touch and left a message. I didn’t hear back the next day, but they finally contacted me two days later. They informed me that if I wanted them to fix it, they cou

John and his guys did a great job replacing our old sliding glass doors with French doors. Got the job done in about a month from the time I called, and very reasonably priced. His guys were there all day for the installation, which looks amazing - they took the time to do it right. Based on my experience, I'd have no problem highly recommending St. Johns Door & Window.

They charged $525 for installing a $25 piece on a sliding glass door. The whole bottom metal piece they said was replaced which costs $179. I was not there at the time as John seemed so nice I let them go while I was not there. You can see it was a tiny long thin piece not the whole bottom metal part changed. When I asked for an itemized bill , this was John’s answer : we do not itemize bills. I have heard you have another contractor, that sounds great, please use them. I do not wish to do any more work for you.

I can’t believe what excellent service I received from StJohns Windows and Doors. I need an entire new handle on my balcony door. It was a hard to find item that had to be shipped and installed. They made it happen in less than 48 hrs. I will never call any other company for my property. I can’t praise them enough.

These guys are pretty horrible. I had a sliding door that was sticking a little bit. They came to fix it by replacing the rollers and adding a new track. They ended up making it much worse as now the door sticks much worse than it ever did. It's even raised up so that there's sunlight visible under the door. The owner refused to come out and check it and fix it. - I hired another company and they found the issue immediately. These guys used the wrong parts. 1. It's a huge, heavy door and they used a single roller. 2. They added a track on top of my existing track and the opposing lower portion of the door wasn't wide enough to allow for a smooth glide. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend ST Johns door & window. I can accept someone making a mistake, but I cannot accept someon
