I was debating on ordering two tree toppers for a Christmas project I had taken on. Before ordering I called to ask what the return policy was and I was told they would just deduct shipping costs from my return. I ordered the two tree toppers and they did not work for my project. The cost of my order was $1089 they only offered a refund of $705 costing me $381. I called and talked to a man and explained that those charges were completely unreasonable. He explained that there was also a 15% restocking fee that is stated on their website (which I understand there is fine print that I could have read but I called and had a full conversation asking all questions before I ordered and nothing was disclosed about a restocking fee) I feel like that is an extremely absence amount to with hold from
