St. Paul Street Parking Garage

Do not park here for jury duty. This garage is listed on the Baltimore City Court jury duty discounted parking list, but they refused to honor the jury duty discount when I arrived. When I asked about the discount, staff were dismissive and told me they would not apply it, and then went a step further by threatening not to open the gate

This is a great parking garage if you're staying downtown. I spent 2 nights at the Kimpton which would've been $50/night for valet parking. Instead, I paid $17 for Friday night and $5 for Saturday night (weekends are $5!). It's only a 3 block walk from the Kimpton. It's a pretty spacious garage. I never had problems finding a spot on the first few levels. My Jeep Cherokee handled the turns just fine. Highly recommend this garage if you're staying downtown over other garages because this is a municipal garage which makes it cheaper than the commercial garages.

I’m giving this garage 2 stars because it’s one of the cheapest options nearby, but the problems are beginning to outweigh the benefits. I’ve been denied access despite having my vehicle tags verified and paying for the month, and I had to pay an extra $14 to park elsewhere. The garage is poorly designed—one time, I even damaged my car backing out because it’s so narrow. On top of that, I still have to walk a 20-minute round trip to get to my office. This place takes advantage of its location and price but fails to provide basic service or safety. I wouldn’t recommend it.

DONT PARK MONTHLY HERE!!!! If you don’t want to get scammed. This garage has major issues with there billing system. I have had problems with the people at the garage for months now. They continue to try and charge my card every night after I have already canceled my monthly membership of $200. They are not cooperative and they don’t understand what they are doing wrong every time I express my frustration. This has been going on for weeks now and i’m very very upset. do yourself a favor, save money and PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I would give ZERO stars if i could.

If you're looking for the discounted jury duty lot, this is NOT it. This is 210 and not 200 St Paul. I went through the St Paul street entrance and somehow ended up in the wrong lot. Turns out they share the same entry and the discounted one is on the left called St Paul Plaza Parking, while this one on the right called St Paul Street Parking. 🤨 Re this lot itself, spaces were very narrow but otherwise fine. Just can't help but feel a bit ripped off after doing my civic duty!
