Initially, getting a quote and getting them to come for installation was seamless. I have tried on multiple occasions for the past year to get them to come service and clean my mini-splits. Each time, I get someone from the answering service that tells me that "someone from the office will reach out"..... but no one ever calls back.

Nelson and his team are the most professional and attentive team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nelson went out of his way to help design a system that would be effective for our home and install ducts that wouldn’t detract from the design. His team arrived prompt daily and communicated their progress throughout the project. If something isn’t going as planned, they took the time to discuss with me to make sure they I approved the alternative. If you are looking to have any HVAC or plumbing work done, be sure to call Brenda (she’s great too!!) and work with St Pierre. You’ll be sorry if you don’t!

What a wonderful company - Starting with Nelson, who gave the estimate (and is basically the head honcho?), to Brenda (the wonderful office guru who answered every question quickly and never once showed an ounce of "stop bothering me!" - which I am guilty of!) to the extremely talented technicians who installed the new heating system and ductless AC. The finished product is truly a work of art! We are so thankful we found St. Pierre - other companies couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call but St. Pierre went above and beyond to work with us and do an amazing job quickly and very professionally! Would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly - very strongly - recommend their services to all! This company ROCKS!!!

These guys did an incredible job putting in a new furnace in my house. They came out on a Friday to check it out and were able to install the furnace the following Thursday. The team that did the install was punctual, professional and very nice. The price was right, and the job was done right. Thanks so much!

Nelson and the guys have done multiple projects for me and every time they do an amazing job.
