Gil was amazing and kind after I spilled coffee on my new (to me) countertops in my recently purchased home. He asked for pictures, took time to explain the options, and even offered to help walk me through the cleanup once I got home with the product I purchased from them. 10/10 customer service.

From the moment we walked in, their professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine customer care were apparent. Gil went above and beyond to guide us through the selection process, offering expert advice and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Kevin and Drew were efficient, attentive, and incredibly helpful, while Kayla kept everything organized and running smoothly. Their teamwork and communication were top-notch. We ended up purchasing a stunning quartz slab that exceeded our expectations, thanks to their support and guidance. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable—truly one of the best customer service experience

ST Stone...easy 10/10! Quality, Price Professionalism! We walked in searching for granite for our kitchen and were assisted by Gil who works there and he was so instrumental in helping us narrow down a color but went steps beyond by explaining the different stones, care needed and so on. This man was so unbelievably patient and helpful! I don't know if he owns the business but he certainly likes his job and knows what he's talking about!!!! This is the only place we'll buy stone!!!

Today I visited ST Stone’s Tampa location to pick out stones, and it was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had recently! First, Gil and Kevin were incredibly patient—they took so much time helping me search for exactly the stone I had in mind, never rushing or pressuring me at all. What made it even more heartwarming? I brought my service dog along, and the team was so thoughtful—they even fetched water for my pup without me asking. That little detail really showed how caring they are. To top it off, both their prices and overall service stand out far above other stone shops I’ve visited lately. No pushy sales, just genuine help, great value, and even kindness to my service dog. 100% recommend asking for Gil or Kevin if you’re here for stones. I’ll absolutely be coming back to ST

Amazing service and knowledge on slaps!!! Buddy was so detailed in explaining the product, how it would look in our home and how visually it would look with 2 slaps! Cannot recommend this place more!!!
