St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store

This St. Vincent’s was a great one! They had some great swim suits and quite a bit of clothing here. Things were pretty neat and organized which is great for a thrift store! Staff members were very polite. We found some great items here! We would recommend this St. Vincent’s!

Oh, let me share the ways I love this thrift shop! It's my favorite in all of the greater Madison area. (Light years better than all the Goodwills!) It's very well organized. They don't sell broken, crappy junk. Their prices are super reasonable -- better than Goodwill.The people working here seem artistic and creative and committed to creating a great shopping experience for guests. They are always helpful and polite. They display stuff very well. The store is organized intuitively and items are easy to look through and displayed neatly. I always find great stuff here; it is worth a drive across town once a month for an enjoyable excursion searching for treasures. Highly recommended!

My friend donated several bags of very nice, barely used clothing to the Odana Road store on the afternoon of December 22. Staff totally ignored her. One guy took two bags inside (Didn't say a word to her), leaving my friend to take the other bags in. No one gave her directions or bothered to say anything at all. I have no faith that those clothes will ever get to people who can use them. We won't donate to St. Vinnie's again.

Better make sure that stuffed animal your kid fell in love with has a price tag, before you tell them they can get it. Otherwise you’ll get to the cashier with an excited 3 year old, only to be told that it’s their policy to not sell any items without a price tag. Thanks for making what was an already hard day, worse. Draconian customer service policies for the win!

Thrift store with lots of nice items. Clothes seem a bit pricier than other thrift stores but it is in Madison. Large selection of furniture and clothes. You can also find books, toys, shoes & household items here. Parking is ample although exiting and entering can be tricky as Odana Road seems to be a busy street all the time.
