They do not know what they are doing. They send out workers that do not know how to do the job. They absolutely have no clue about pavers even when the contracted the job and accepted it. Then the owner said he would not have done the job his salesman sold me. The drain they put in is full of concrete and worthless. And to boot they put sand under pavers instead of base so they are worthless. Basically they screwed me over. Not to mention the damage done to my porch and house when they ground the concrete with hand grinders with no dust collection or safety equipment. Ppe. I am still poed. Sending out kids to do work without supervision and telling them to "figure it out "is not a company you want to do business with. Sadly the truth is in the photos I have and they don't lie. Check y

Stable Foundations fixed the sill beam on the front of my 85 year old house. They were professional, responsive, answered all my questions and I am very happy with the job they did. I called three contractors and Randall with Stable Foundations immediately made me feel like he understood the situation, knew what needed to be done and I immediately felt that he was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Stable Foundations gave me the middle quote in terms of price. I thought the contractor with lowest quote really didn’t know the extent of the issue so the cost would likely go up during the job, they didn’t go under the house (it has a scuttle hole and it’s not fun under there) and the contractor with the high quote was really over-selling.
