I love, love, love this company! Starting with my interactions with Elena (office manager) to my experience with the craftsmen. Everyone was very respectful of my time and my property. The job only took 3 days and it turned out beautifully. Everyone who has seen the finished products agrees that it looks stunning. I have added before and after pictures, but even they don't do the job justice.I would definitely recommend HSP to anyone!

We needed 3 different baby gates installed for for our staircase. Elena in the sales department was quick to get back to me with a quote and getting it all scheduled. The installation team was here a couple days later getting measurements and were very informative, friendly, & professional. Just a couple of days later we had them installed! 3 gates and only took them 3 hours to get them up!! So thankful and love the craftsmanship. They are the best!

If I could rate higher than 5 I would. These guys are meticulous down to every detail. I’m so impressed. They took their time and gave each step the time and attention it needed. I couldn’t not have asked for a better job and the guys are friendly also.

I had an amazing experience with Houston Stair Parts. Elena at the office was very accommodating with my schedule and informative with the design aspect and remodel process. The installers that came were on time and extremely careful, meticulous and tidy with their work. I even asked them to square off my bottom step and they managed to make the stair tread and paint look exactly like the rest of the stairs. They finished the two flights of stairs and landing railing within two days and left my place spotless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future projects!

We had gates put on both the top and bottom of the stairs. HSP did a wonderful job. They were very conscientious about matching the wood and wrought iron balusters already there. And, the installation is very sturdy so I will not have to worry as much about our 4 grandchildren getting close to either of the gates! I would definitely recommend them! I would use them again if I had another set of stairs!
