Stairways, Inc.

My spiral staircase from Stairways, Inc., is only 2 years old. The paint is peeling off revealing shiny aluminum. It is obvious that they did not use primer. The service after the sale has been horrible. The salesman could have cared less and seemed bothered that I was even bringing this to his attention. He said they weren’t going to do anything and suggested that I sand and paint the spiral myself! Terrible customer service.

Mason from Stairways Inc was so helpful and professional! We didn’t end up using a spiral stair due to some changes with our project, but we would have chosen to go with Stairways Inc if we had. Mason helped talk us through the materials and sizing that would have been best for our deck, He provided drawings and detailed installation instructions. It was a pleasure working with Mason.

Stairways is the go to company for circular stairs. We ordered two sets and were not disappointed. They are well manufactured, expertly finished and as sturdy as the rock on Gibraltar. A big shout out to Mason who worked with us during the entire process and actually delivered the assembled stairs to our construction site. He gave our crew a quick “how to” and the entire erection activity was simple and completed in two hours. THANKS STAIRWAYS, Inc!!!

Mason and the folks at stairway inc went above and beyond to ensure that our order was correct. There were bumps along the way with some damage from shipping that were immediately ratified with new material being shipping’s free of charge same day they were notified. It was an incredibly pleasant experience working with masons team and I can’t overemphasize how great they were at making things right! Most companies would not go the extra mile like they did. You know when your venders are great when things happen and they show you their integrity and willingness to see things through. I cannot say enough good things about this outfit. FIRST CLASS. Highly recommend!! Go Aggies!!

Our sales rep, Bob O., really took time and care with our order. It is amazing how well it fit in the small space in our home. The quality of the steel is exceptional. We again are very impressed with the entire process from start to completion.
