Wonderful experience. Called and within a week they were out to look at my old stairs. After agreeing a install date, I stopped by to ask some questions. Gwen and the team were very helpful - we changed a few things. Day of install, they were on time, were professional and friendly. They had new steps in within a few hours, complete the entire job in one day. I absolutely love my new stairs (as do 3 of my neighbors!) (before and after shots - my living room feels so much lighter without the heavy wood)...

We had stairworks but in our curved staircase/ custom railing installation. Their work is impeccable! They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and produced an amazing product.

Hired to replace wood balusters with wrought-iron balusters, and to tighten stair railings. Left installer in my home alone for the day, and when I returned from work the job was complete and everything was cleaned, vacuumed and neat. The new stairs looked amazing. The installer was polite, friendly and on time the morning of the job (early actually). He explained how he was going to do the work, what issues he may find once he begins, and offered to return to repair anything that I may not be happy with.Thrilled with our new stairs.
