My Wife and I hired StairWorx to replace our very worn out Interior Stairs. Also needed was new flooring for the Foyer and the Dining Room and painting. StairWorx recommend the flooring and painting companies, then they all worked together on a very well coordinated project. The Stairs turned out fantastic! It was done on time and on budget. Just as important to us, it was also done without any problems or drama. All my Wife and I had to do is decide on different choices and to let them know when we were home. It was the easiest, stress free home improvement project we have we have ever had. Tom

6 weeks, 4 different Monday no-shows, 2 half days, and poor communication from everyone, our "5-day project" was completed 36 days later. Whether its Stairworx own staff or contractors making excuses, no one talks to each other. I've had to personally email, WhatsApp, and call the project manager multiple times a week to get answers as the project continued into its 6th week. With Ring camera timestamps, emails, WhatsApp calls/chats, and photos, there is no way to dispute the multiple mistakes that I had to draw attention to when could've taken accountability and fixed them themselves the first time. Jyl and Miles were honest, professional and personable. Jason did a perfect job installing our Balusters. Totally updated and inproved the look of our home. We would highly recommend StairWorx!
