The only good thing about this company is the finished product. The installed granite is beautiful, but from day one, the customer service was horrible. I had existing cabinets with formica and so I wanted to redo my counters in granite. They refused to come give me an estimate in home. I then picked out stone in store and got a quote. When they came to measure for the stone a week later, they told me I had to reinforce my cabinets and they don't do that. I had to hire someone to demo and do that for me. Additional money of course. They never mentioned any potential pitfalls in the store despite knowing it was a renovation. They told me about 1 1/2 weeks start to finish and it was more like 3 weeks due to the the reinforcement issue and their rescheduling me once since they were behind on
