Called about an emergency fridge issue. They weren’t available until the next week but they spoke with me at length over the phone about my issue, helped troubleshoot, and made recommendations. I was able to fix the issue on my own based on their suggestions. Really appreciate the time they gave me and I will definitely use in the future.

He scheduled to come that day, quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, fixed it, all at a very reasonable price. Expert, efficient, reasonable, and personable. Stan was fantastic. It is not easy to get expert service on a modern dishwasher... especially during a pandemic. Stan came highly recommended and was here within a day of my first call to him. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and helped me figure out exactly what part I needed to source. Once I found the part he came back and fixed our dishwasher in less than an hour. I can't say enough about this experience. He made something that I know nothing about, and is truly not my wheelhouse easy to understand. Stan wore a mask the entire time he was in our kitchen and was polite even in the face of a frustrating repair. Called Stan Jr. Appliance Services to fix broken cooktop burner. I found Stan Jr. thru Checkbook reviews. Stan came on time, got the job done in 30-40 min and it was done. I thought his cost was very reasonable. I'd definitely use him again.
