This is an estate sale property and the trustees were facing potential fines from county code enforcement for the old fence that was falling down. Ben and his team responded quickly, tore down the old fence and installed the new one. The trustees were able to show code enforcement that the new fence had taken care of the problem and they did not get any fines and had the violation notice removed.
