I went in to figure out why my Milwaukee band saw wasn't working correctly and the gentleman there had me out the door with an answer to my problem in minutes. Definitely gonna be talking to him again soon for some new parts 👍🏼

They are the closest (I live 2 hours away) RYOBI authorized repair shop. Left my portable inflator there. Had a great talk about tools with the owner (he is so knowledgeable!). They can fix most kind of machinery you can imagine. Within 3 weeks he called that my inflator was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately my truck broke down and I didn’t feel safe to drive. Gave him a call about inquiring to ship it to me. Within 3 days I got the inflator delivery at my door. Sometimes you feel down because your truck breaks and you can’t fix it and people like these folks give you hope in humanity. Not only very professional about tools but great service in human kindness. I can only appreciate, thank and give them all the stars they deserve. 2 weeks ago I dropped off a firman generator for service under warranty and haven't heard anything from them since so I went to their shop and was told they wouldn't be getting to my generator anytime soon...i called firman and firman called standard electric and was told it would be another 2 weeks before a diagnosis which would be 1 month of me being without power in the mojave desert..standard electric is the WORST repair shop in the entire city of apple valley also with the worst customer service ever!!! ZERO STARS! Wow I couldn't post my review without adding a star...ridiculous!

Very knowledgeable very friendly fast and prompt service you must enter around the back of building to enter the customer office I will be coming back to this place for more business and also the warranty all Milwaukee products FYI starters alternators pumps etc they have knowledge on about them all and reasonable prices

This gentleman didn’t have time to do my house call. He took my number and offered to find someone for me. Keep in mind, he didn’t know me from Adam. He followed through, had an associate of his call me back and resolved my problem. Excellent customer service. Judging by this work ethic, which is seldom found in today’s world, I will definitely call this company for future electrical issues.
