It is an absolutely terrific hardware store. The store is bright, organized and well stocked. Today, while I was there, I had the opportunity to speak with Jericho and he was very professional and polite, and his customer service was top notch. The stores location is great and it's easy to get in and out. I would highly recommend this True Value Hardware Store. I was highly impressed as I'm sure anybody would be that stops by to complete a DIY or professional project. Keep up the Good Job!

Would not recommend supporting the (supposed) owner of this location, Stacey in the least bit. I had the absolute displeasure of delivering a partial load of materials to this location. My load consist of two deliveries. While unloading the forklift operator (who, by the way was super helpful and easy to work with) noticed a discrepancy between what i was told at shipper was theirs, and what the receiver believed was theirs. Of course the bill of lading had products listed by code, not what they are so that was no help. The receiver had Stacey come out to look things over. When she came out, she pointed to a piece that I told goes to a different stop and said "thats mine." I tried to ask her to look at the bill of lading with me so we can see if there's a discrepancy with the order, or if

These guys have always been generally pretty nice, although the Idaho Falls store is much better in the management team is amazing. They actually carry 10 ft sticks of pipe and charge you for a 10 ft stick of pipe. But this standard only carries 20 ft and they charge you $5 per cut, per policy. The employee guy was also not very nice about it. He should probably go work at Walmart with his attitude.

I had a plumbing project and the team at Stand Plumbing in Driggs were very helpful, had the parts I needed and the knowledge to make sure I got the job done right. Lucky to have them here, otherwise I would have been ordering parts online or driving to Idaho Falls

Stacey and her crew at Standard Plumbing/True Value have been SO helpful. We are homeowner/builder of our new home in Driggs. Stacey has been there for us answering questions, having needed supplies, and ordering what we need. She also connected us with Ryan Olsen for our radiant in-floor heat system. Thank you Stacey!!!
