Standard Plumbing Supply

I’ve been a plumber for 13 years, and unfortunately I’ve had to use this Standard Plumbing Supply location out of convenience. The store seriously needs better organization—especially on the plumbing side, where boxes are scattered everywhere, which is honestly embarrassing for a supply house. The counter staff hasn’t been very helpful either. I can’t recall a single time I’ve walked into this location and left with everything I needed for a job. I understand when specialty parts aren’t in stock, but this has consistently been an issue with very basic, common fittings. At this point, it’s just not worth stopping here when I can drive a few extra minutes to the Orem location. Please organize the store .

I was quite thrilled with my experience with Kathryn and Amber at the Standard Plumbing American Fork, Utah location. Kathryn spent a lot of time showing me different sinks and faucets for my kitchen remodel. SEE PICTURES! She always took my many phone calls. I will be going back on our new remodel project. Thank you Kathryn and Amber!

Their in store hours have a 6 pm written over them. Don’t believe what you see online, they aren’t actually open till 7 pm.

My AC went out, Friday late afternoon, didn't find the problem until lat that night. Saturday morning I go searching for the part. Went so several places, with no luck, I have a employee tell me to go to standard, gave me directions. Got there super happy they were open, but once inside they right away said we don't carry that part(part was in hand) I was bummed, asked if he might have an idea who would carry it and he offered to look to see if the place close by was open. Unfortunately it was not. He asked if I would mind traveling, I said no. (It was one of the hottest days so far, I needed the part, lol) he made a few calls found the part at another location, verified they had the part and gave me the address.
