Went with a friend who needed bolts. I was looking around and ended up buying painting supplies - rollers, trays, brushes and sandpaper. The people working there were awesome! Very friendly, helpful and all of them were so very nice. I will definitely shop there again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do home improvements of any kind.
Went there looking for a kitchen sink and a faucet. Could not find what we were looking for and the customer service was non existent. There were employees carrying on Conversations next to us but it seemed they were trying to ignore us. Don't feel any reason to return.
Mixed feelings here with customer service. I asked the guy at customer service desk about a stain. He said if it's not on the shelf they don't have it. Second guy who came up was friendly and took the time to find the item online. I found it in Centerville which was a 30 min drive. But to be honest with you, I'd rather take the drive up to Centerville and feel welcomed instead of going to this location and feel stupid for asking questions.
Half a year ago I bought an LG stove and 3 months ago it broke down, only 1 burner works. The warranty is 1 year with LG AND AFTER A YEAR IT IS WITH LOWS. I called LG and they only give me excuses that there is no technician for this stove or that they will send me a refund. Neither one nor the other, nor a response. I know that the store is not to blame. I am just telling you my experience so that you do not buy the LG brand and that goes
