I needed some bathroom faucet and shower valve replacement stems. That were very helpful in providing the exact replacement parts. In the case of the shower valves, they told me that I only needed gaskets. That saved me a lot. Later it was very easy to return extra parts. I doubt that Home Depot has the correct parts and if so, it would have been very difficult for me to find them.

They tried to be very helpful, but unfortunately were not very knowledgeable. A young woman on the phone told me they had a Swanstone integrated sink vanity top, so I went there, and she confidently showed me the vanity top, but it was an engineered stone vanity top with an undermound, the complete opposite, both in material and shape. Then two older men employees came over to talk with me, and when I described how I wanted to customize a vanity top, they started telling me some related stories, but they both seemed out of their depth, too, like they had never heard of a tile backsplash.

Their customer service is horrible! You go in as a customer knowing what your looking for and they don’t have the patience to help and end up telling you to look for it on your own even the manager gave us attitude on assisting us! If you get this customer from the manager what can you expect from the rest of the employees!!!! Manager doesn’t listen to what your looking for and ignores you walks away, makes you feel like you don’t know what yiur looking for!

Never answer the phone and prices always higher then other place
