Worst customer service. I called to confirm they had something. I was told yes they did. I traveled over there and the didn't want to go look for it. They just stood there looking at one another. Ya maybe we have that. When I asked where would it be? They said we think you should go over to our Layton location. I walked out went to Dicks and got what I needed from someone who actually wanted to be useful. Won't be back & won't ever recommend them to anyone.

After a supposedly reputable company installed three new toilets for us - I won't mention the name, but it's a large company in SLC that we expected would represent the best (they did our furnace) - we ended up working closely with the Ogden Standard Plumbing Supply store. I HIGHLY recommend these folks, went out of their way to really help solve the problems and really cared about the outcome. Worst service! The employees are lazy. Walked in and the girl was asleep at the deck. The guy didn't want to get off his chair to help and the manager was rude and bothered that he had to do any work. I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere. This place has gone down hill since Mike left.

Trying to find parts and calling around so I'm not doing a bunch of wasted driving, called and asked about a specific piece they looked it up on the computer, as well as going down to check that it was in the in the aisle on the shelf. So I drove over and they didn't have it, I asked the person that I talked to on the phone they couldn't find it, brought over another employee who couldn't find it and stated they don't normally have anything in that size.

I go here almost every day. The staff is very knowledgeable, and easy to finds to ask questions, unlike the big box stores. When your hitting up the box stores looking for your plumbing needs check here first, you will get a better product and a better price.
