Chris and Alan came out to clean our ducts. They were awesome. Both techs were professional, knowledgeable, and and all-around nice guys . They walked me through the entire process, answered every question, and showed me before‑and‑after photos so I could see the difference. The ducts were caked with dust and debris in places and they are so clean now! They also loved on our pets, and thanked us for moving the our furniture before they got here :) If you’re considering duct cleaning, I highly recommend Stansfield Air Systems!

Our technician, Sean, was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. He did a thorough job servicing our HVAC units and took the time to explain everything clearly. While he was working, I was struggling to assemble a highchair for my niece. Sean noticed and went completely above and beyond his assignment. He showed me how to properly use my power drill and even helped with the final assembly step. This is what true customer service looks like. This was my first experience with Stanfield Air Systems. I had a Carrier heat pump that was blowing only cold air out of the vents when it should be warm/hot air. I called and spoke with scheduling about the concern, and they made me a priority for setting up the appt. Ashton Hill was the Technician that was sent to my residence. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing the entire time. Ashton diagnosed/evaluated the system, found the area of concern,made the repair, and made me aware of some preventative maintenance that my family could benefit from. Ashton was very helpful and genuinely cared about the quality of work that he was providing. Ashton offered a biannual service plan and explained everything that will take place.
