Helpful, generous, friendly! I needed help finding a particular shower cartridge and the folks there went above and beyond to help.
Home owner desperate situation disabled family asking for information low funds kept saying that's why you need a pro. I fixed looks pro. He needs help as much as I do. Didn't want to give free information. I was desperate needed at least a kind word. Even his have a good day was arrogant. Thanks anyway.
