The technician called with an ETA and arrived on time. Both individuals were friendly and professional. They walked me through what to expect. Went to work and even called me to come see the differnce while they were working. They finished in the time frame i was given and did a great job on the carpets. I will definitely be using Stanley Steamer again for our new place.

I always have such a great experience with Luis. He’s amazing at his job. Always gets my carpets looking brand new. And he’s so friendly and professional. I request him each time I get my carpets / sofas cleaned. Thank you Luis!!! :)

Zach Varner did an amazing job with our carpet! I had asked them to come back and redo the carpet because I wasn't satisfied, and Zach was sent to do the re-do. His work exceeded my expectations and he was so kind. Great customer service!
