I want to begin with how wonderful Patty was to speak to and the crew she dispatched to my father’s house , did a wonderful job… I immediately called for service in my home and WOW… not the same experience! The crew scuffed baseboards and left spots in the main living room. Called Patty and the owner was suppose to follow up after I sent photos. Crickets… I held off on posting a review but apparently it’s up to me to repaint baseboard damage and had to schedule a different carpet cleaning company to come clean what Stanley steamer did a poor job of doing the first time. Highly disappointed and do not recommend

I'm very sorry to say I will probably never give Stanley Steemer another chance. The 2 paper (dirty) towels were immediately after they left and there was water and dirt all around the edge of my tile. The grout does look great/clean. The shiny areas on the tile are still there, I have wiped them up and they still seem to show, sort of an oily substance. Called in and was told it will dry, the floors were done June 28th.These pictures were today. The carpet upsettingly looks no different. Your ad shows removal of stains, no extra effort was given. The nicks in the wood work...no happy about that! Splashed on appliances and not respectfully wiped off. Let this be a lesson in taking pride in your work and making the customer happy when the quote doubles when you are here. I regret paying af

They did good work, carpet looks great. But I was supposed to get a $25 discount, but I was charged the full amount on the day.

We had our 22-year-old motorhome carpet cleaned last week. I try to freshen it up every few years since we do travel with two dogs. When we purchased the coach used, it came with stains in the carpet and over the years, we have added to the stains - all of which no matter how many times we have had it cleaned, no company has ever been able to remove. When the guys from Stanley showed up, I showed them what I needed done and explained that I wasn't worried about the stains coming up - I just wanted it to have a clean smell. I left them a check and headed to work. When I got home, I couldn't believe the job they did. The carpet looked like new!!!! The stains were gone!! Great job guys!!!

Had my sofa and 2 lazy boy chairs cleaned yesterday. I must say am very impressed with the results. I had actually contacted a smaller local company to clean my sofa and they refused to do it because it had a lot of ivory color in it. They told me it would possibly leave water marks on it….(which it already had because I tried cleaning it myself). I contacted Stanley Steamer as a last resort before buying a new one. The technician looked at my sofa and was confident he could clean my sofa without leaving water marks. My sofa looks brand new! We have not sat on it and I will wait several days to make sure it’s completely dry before doing so. I am very impressed with the service I received. I recommend them for upholstery cleaning.
