Five-Star Service from Jonathan and Qwuan at Stanley Steener. Jonathan & Qwuan came out yesterday to clean our air ducts, sanitize them, and clear the dryer vent. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and thorough. They didn't cut corners or rush- they stayed focused and explained every step of the process clearly. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They showed us how to properly place the furnace filter, gave us tips on maintenance frequency, and even shared before-and-after photos so we could see the difference. Their knowledge and courtesy made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend these two gentlemen. Stanley Steener is lucky to have them- and so were we.

Nathan did me no favours. I initially gave an excellent review, because I’m not home right now, I’m in a nursing home recovering from a broken hip, so I was going by photographs that were given to me by the technician in which they looked very glossy. Today, Saturday the 10th of January, I went home for the first time, and due to what friends of mine have been telling me, I was not shocked with what I saw. The floors have spots on them and have absolutely no gloss. They barely look any different than they did before they were worked on. I found the photographs that they sent me to be very deceptive. They have been to the house twice now polishing the floors, but what they need to do is to use a honing pad to break through the top layer of the marble and polish it. I am completely unsatisfi

Sean and Marshall were so friendly to work with. They were in and out in 2 hours and the after pictures were SO clean! I'm sharing a before and after photo to this review because it's so good.

Deangelo and Cameron were amazing. They were very nice and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and did it perfectly. My carpets look brand new and smell amazing. I can't explain how amazing of a job these two did and I will always recommend them!

I had both furnace duct work cleaning, which was exceptional, as well as upholstery cleaning. Initially I wasn’t pleased with the upholstery cleaning and I reached out to my local store. They offered to come back out at no charge to address my issue. They hit all the spots that needed attention and I’m very pleased with the look of my furniture now. The guys were all very professional and courteous. You’ve made a us happy customers.
