Caleb & Terrance were wonderful to work with - from updates on arrival time, to recommendations for upgrades or additional services, to the actual work in cleaning my sectional & sensitive wool area rug. Very polite to have in your home as well. Great customer service!

He gave our carpets new life, removing stains we thought were impossible. He took the time to explain the process and treated our home with care. If you book with them, ask for Antonio—he’s a true professional and a master of his craft. Five stars all the way!

So long story short Stanley steemer (SS for short) got assigned called me and their 1800 number said they “were required by contract” to respond within 4 hours (I even saved the voicemail that stated this) I think about 10 hrs went by and I got a call and the guys asked my availability for the next day. So they took ~ 24 hrs to respond to a sewage emergency, that they were required to be here in less than 4 hours. The guy came and checked the ground and found moisture lots of places. He put in 1 dehumidifier and left for other jobs. Was supposed to call and come back the next day for tear out. Showed up with no call the next day. Had planned to take like 2” of drywall out instead of the recommended 2’ minimum until I told him what I researched. Took some carpet but not all that was wet.

Milo was the best! He’s a nice guy with a good attitude. He did an outstanding job on a carpet, which was a mess after a party. He called when he thought he’d be late, but got here with no problem. This was his last call of the day, and he was energetic and showed no sign of having to working late. I will request him next time, although he may be promoted by then. He’s good!

Milo was great to work with! He listened to my concerns and helped me understand and feel comfortable with the services Stanley Steamer offers so I could choose the best options for my home. Milo was very careful to not track back on what he had just cleaned. There were some tough stains that might not be permanently gone but they did an amazing job helping me understand why they may resurface in the future and what I can do to try to avoid that. Working with Milo and Stanley Steamer was a pleasant experience and I would use them again and recommend them.
