Stanley Steemer

Jon was incredible! Arrived on time, was very polite and even offered to help me move a small filing cabinet from outside to the inside of my house. Kudos to him and Stanley Steamer for being smart enough to hire him. Bravo!!

The two guys were here by nine and done by a little after 11:00 am. They were very polite and did a great job. It was a little faster because they didn’t have to do anything in the basement because we are on a plan that we have our furnace checked every six months and it had just been done a week before Stanley Steamer guys came.

Austin was a great tech. Super nice good guy. The service for clean/odor/protect did not get rid of cat pee smell. Will have to tackle harder, but Austin did a great job with the three rooms and really appreciate his work!

Guys were nice and everything. Even offered to do the extra service cheaper in cash which i was dumb enough t pay. But they broke both my dryer vent covers. Didn't even get them clean. Had to have someone else come over and finish the job. They didn't get the ducts or vents clean. Not sure exactly what they did except took almost $900 from me. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. Oh, and you can also expect to clean up after them. If you have more money than common sense, by all means, hire them.

Austin was a super nice, knowledgeable guy. He came in and got busy right away, and got it knocked out in no time. I'm very pleased with the job he did.
