Stanley Steemer

My experience with Stanley Steemer is one of the biggest nightmares I have ever experienced. They came to clean my ducts in late October 2025. It is now the end of February ‘26. There were two employees, Brandon and Nick, that went above and beyond. The day they came to do the ducts, something went wrong and soot from an old coal furnace & soot blew back into my house through every vent. I had a thick coating of black soot on every surface in my house. The back of the toilet, the headboard of my bed, the walls. My basement was covered. The manager of the Evansville office, Randy, immediately attempted to do the right thing to get my house cleaned and reimburse me. Derek and Christian arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They were patient while I tried to wrangle cats into a room so they wouldn't be in the way or run out. I had air ducts, dryer vent, and carpet done throughout. I think they did a great job. Thank you for cleaning my home. :) I will definitely recommend Stanley Steamer.

Had to have our shower grout cleaned and "tinted" due to moisture-caused mildew buildup. They came and clearly explained what could be done to fix it, the scheduled a service appointment two days later. Zach worked his tail off and did a really good job on it. There are a couple of spots that may need some touching up, but given the scope of the grout lines, I can understand that. He was very polite, efficient, kind, and thorough. Really knew his stuff about the chemistry of the "stuff", too. To top it off, the rate was VERY reasonable in my opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend Zach and this local dealer.

Zachary and Noah were excellent! They both did an excellent job cleaning our rugs and stairs. They were polite and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so impressed! Christian and Alex cleaned my stained carpet so that it looks brand new. They also cleaned my dryer vent. My house feels new and clean. They showed up exactly when promised, were kind, helpful, and very reasonably priced. I am thrilled and will use this business in the future. Awesome!
