Not satisfied with the service at all. They came to do a deep cleaning on Saturday. After the cleaning these marks appeared. None of the before pictures they took showed this. Somehow, after the cleaning I have these marks. I contacted them to inform them of the situation. The agreed to send the same person out to clean it again on Monday. This time their before pictures obviously showed the marks. After the cleaning the markers weren’t visible until the carpet dried. I informed of the issue again and the stated they would send someone out on Wednesday. I was told the person would arrive between 12-5pm. I requested they come after 3pm, which they agreed and mentioned they would call me prior. Then on Wednesday, they texted me at 1:03 saying they were there. I informed them I wasn’t home an

1. Time- got the job done quickly and effectively, they got here early in the window and gave us a heads up they were coming 2. Friendly- both were professional and kind 3. Clean- simple as that, they did what we asked them to and cleaned up behind themselves Will be asking these guys to come if I need this service again!

Carpet cleaners left ripples in my carpet. They mentioned that if the carpet isn’t properly stretched prior to cleaning that this can happen. I understand that this is the case in other spots in my home because I have cats who like to make biscuits on the carpet, so I didn’t bring up the other areas where these ripples are more noticeable than they were before the cleaning, because I understand those areas were not stretched properly. However, as the pictures below show, that was NOT the case in this room. They advised that I wait 48 hours to see if the ripples “go back down” and offered to send someone back out to “assess” the situation.
