Stanley Steemer

I had my carpets cleaned today in bedroom and closets and area rug 12x9 in living room and I must say I am very pleased with the work done!! Jared was so pleasant and professional and very thorough in performing his work and explaining what he was doing and I must thank Stanley Steemer for sending him. Thank you Jared and I will definitely be speaking of you when asked how did my experience go with Stanley Steemer!!

Jared and JJ did such a quick, efficient job on our carpets after our dog had a major accident. Respectful, professional, friendly guys. Such a great job! Will definitely have them come out again for our next clean. Prices super fair for what you get!

First time user. The office staff was great when I called and made my appointment. I was able to get one in a day. Malcolm was the tech and he arrived on time with notice. He explained his process, answered all questions, and made sure we were comfortable with what he was going to do. He went about his tasks quickly and efficiently. He made sure we were satisfied with his work. And we even bought some product from him. I I recommend the service from the Hampstead Stanley steemer, and especially Malcolm McNeary.

I thought Stephen and Darious were very professional and very polite and very thorough. They asked me several times if I had any questions, comments, suggestions, do-overs, etc, and said that they would stay until I was completely satisfied. I did have them go over an area on one rug again, and they redid an area on another rug on their own, and after that, it was all looking beautiful, and a done deal!!
