The 1st photo is what the carpets looked like the morning after Stanley came to clean the carpets a couple of years ago. The rest are from the cleaning that happened at 12p today. We waited a couple of hours before going upstairs and quickly realized why he was in and out so fast. $831 of wasted money. Note that in one of the photos you can’t even see the shampooer lines are prints from us walking….meaning although this room was paid for, it wasn’t touched. I’d rather you reschedule than waste my time and money. We won’t be using them again and if this is the quality of work now compared to a few years ago, I would suggest you not wast your time and hard earned money.

They were amazing. Gave me great advice! I had them do a couple of things extra. I didn’t mind the bit extra cost. Great workers, detail oriented and care. Very polite and awesome personalities. Samuel also gave me good advice when he set up the appointment on Monday. Also a very nice personality. He suggested that I have this done every few years. Indeed I will. I thought the cost would be too high. But you are very affordable. Thank you all very much!

I had great service. Tre was punctual and efficient. He was very meticulous and even asked of my concerns. I really liked him asking me to approve each piece of upholstery before he moved to the next one. He was also very attentive about the cleanup. I could not have asked for better service. No more naps or stains. Plus, I was very pleased with the price.
