Vehicle 401 and whatever employee this was rode my tail on the highway for over a mile when I was already going 5-10 over posted speed limit, swerving behind me and remind you I have my daughter in the vehicle as well as using the right lane because I was continually passing slower traffic. When slowing down to the posted speed limit he rode my tail so close I couldn’t see the headlights to his van. Proceeded to flip me off on his way past once I had a chance to get over. Best believe I won’t recommend this company. I’m nicer hire me I’ll shampoo your carpets and probably drive better to. Did call his boss who seemed very unpleased of his behavior, hopefully she handled it.

We are thrilled with the great service Stanley Steamer provided. Our tile floors were cleaned and the grout sealed - we couldn’t be happier. Calling to get a quote and make an appointment was easy and fast, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. David did an excellent job and we appreciated all of the details he paid attention to. The price was very reasonable - it was money well spent. We will definitely call them again for our floor service needs!

Wow!! I recommend Stanley Steamer to everyone who has older dingy carpet! Our cream color carpet was so dingy when we moved in and smelled funky. We had a "Zero" rez company come first and was extremely disappointed. Smelled like vinegar and dried stale and still dingy. Our carpet looks and smells so clean and bright now! I had 2 tough stains that Brandon tried to remove and wasn't able to lift completely (which the other company couldn't either) but looked so much better! He added protection at no cost due to not being able to! He asked to see what we have used on a couple "bleach" looking spots. He took the time to explain why the one I was using had lightened the color and was hard on the fabric. He didn't push their product although I was extremely grateful and appreciated he carried

We had them come by for tile and grout cleaning, it looks ok I guess but not worth the $200 and they basically just put whatever chemical allover the tile, did a vacuum scrubby thing and that was it, no real attention to detail on the grout specifically which is a bummer. They also left their dirty rags around the house on the front porch. Not super impressed overall, maybe they're better at carpet, but would not recommend as far as tile and grout goes.

Disappointed first of all they had problems with their truck, then when put spot cleaner on first few spots rubbed in with foot, after they left noticed poor job we went back over few areas with bissle cleaner what we did do looks better, now it all needs to be redid, hubs tipped both guys 10.00 each until we noticed crab job very Disappointed Update The same 2 guys came back one wasn't to happy but they fixed what wasn't done yesterday, everything looks so much better now. That is a good company that fix what wasn't done right the first time thank you
