Wow!! Very Impressed with Stanley Steemer of Naples, FL. The 2 Service Technicians were Professional in every facet. Roy and Kurt were prompt on arrival time, and both gentleman were very informative on performing a complete "walk through" on the entire tile flooring cleaning process. They both shared suggestive product knowledge & cleaning ideas politely. Their work was masterful, and results where far greater then my expectations. My overall rating for the entire process with Stanley Steamer Staff is AAA+++. The technicians Roy & Curt were Fabulous!

Techs just left. They were here 18 minutes. Last time SS did our carpets, I feel the tech took a little more time. I’m going to assume the carpets got cleaned in that time. My only critique is that the techs should really be asked to keep their racist opinions to themselves. Not all people living in FL share those sentiments. Just an update: it’s been less than a week and our carpet is not clean. I can tell because I my feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the carpet for the day. I think the technician went over it too quickly. We had it done 3 years ago and the tech was alone and was here at least an hour start to finish.

I could not get an appt for 2 weeks after my husband spilt red wine on our couch. Kenny was on time and did a great job trying to get the balance of the stain out. Both guys were friendly and professional!

We are very pleased with Stanley Steamer! Alan runs a First Class operation. KENNY is always fabulous. Has cleaned our floors over the years and is always pleasant, efficient, effective and hard working. Perfect job. Considerate of our home. Tracy, his assistant, is great too. 👍👍

Kurt and Eduardo were punctual, respectful and efficient. They did a great job! I will definitely be a return customer and hopefully Kurt and Eduardo will be my techs. Tony in the office was very helpful as well. He scheduled me quickly and gave me a heads up 30 minutes prior to the techs arrival. Thanks again!
