Xam and Sarah were very professional and friendly. They arrived sooner than I expected and that was wonderful. My carpet was old, dirty and stained. After the carpet was cleaned and deodorized it looked and smelled fantastic! I was amazed that such an old carpet could look so great. The cleaning process was pretty quick but very thorough. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and the cleaning specialists Xam and Sarah. I was so impressed; I’m considering making another appointment to have two additional rooms cleaned.

Stephen and Lawrence were very professional and friendly. They introduced themselves upon arrival. They took time to explain the process and once they started they were very respectful of my home and cleaned up accordingly. The rug looks bright and clean and smells nice as well. The results are amazing and I am so satisfied. Stephen did my high traffic areas in living room, hallway and one bedroom. Also cleaned my sofa and loveseat. Also two area rugs. Brandon was very nice. He came at a decent time, and did a great quality job in a short span of time. We recommend anyone who needs a carpet cleaning that has a dog to come to Stanley steemer.
