I was in a race against the clock to clean out my hoarder family members home before they came home from the hospital after a rodent infestation (that had been ongoing for years) . Not only did they get on the phone with me beforehand and clearly identify the limitations they could have seen with such a job, they took on the task and gave me an amazing price that I would’ve paid so much more for. They saved me thousands of dollars in replacing flooring and were right on time and totally efficient and respectful for my family situation. Hired Stanley Steamer to clean tile and carpets. At first the experience started out great. The crew was flexible with scheduling which helped me out. Once they got to the property they communicated an increased fee for a walk in closet and bathroom. Overall the price seemed high for less than a 2 hours job. We weren’t happy with the tile clean- many spots missed and there was residue left behind on the tile. The carpets came out ok. The worse part of the job was they dumped the cleaner/water on my grass and killed it. When I asked why they did that they said it was state law and the grass didn’t die from that. They offered to redo the job but I turned it down as it would just lead to more dead grass.

Updated** The company sent another crew to re-clean which turned out better than the first time, and they were much more careful with bringing in their equipment. Changing from 1 star to 3, but could have been a 4 or 5 if they had done a great job the first time around. Extremely disappointed with today's service. I had two bedroom carpets cleaned, one had a grayish stain from a rolling desk chair and the other had paint drops to which the technician said he couldn't really remove those but would try, while the rest of that room just needed to be refreshed really as it was a tiny bit dingy. After a very fast 20 minute cleaning, the two rooms look exactly as they did before the technician came, no difference.
