At first I gave 5 stars because the customer service was good but I’m changing it to one star because I explained to them the stair area had pee due to having pets I noticed he rushed everything quickly I had the stairs, living room , hall, and one room he did everything less than hour which I know with carpet cleaning you have to take your time in each area to get cleaned very good that wasn’t the case a day after my carpet smelled the same still like pee and we had no pets in the house all week and no one has came in our house with shoes on now so it should not be smelling I have to pay again for someone to redo it because the job wasn’t done correctly it shouldn’t still smell after and I shouldn’t have to pay again to have someone come out to redo something I had to pay to get it prof

Today's Stanley Steemer technician was the best I have ever had clean my carpets and tile. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the best cleaning scenario for the desired outcome. I highly recommend Mike for your next cleaning experience.

Our technicians, Leo & Graham from the Stockton location did an amazing. They came in & got our carpets cleaned just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. They were super friendly & would definitely request them again!
