The most underwhelming appointment and mediocre at best. The workers that came out to clean were nice, but it was obvious they did not really care to put effort into the project. I initially booked strictly for a cleaning and deodorizing of a rug, and decided to add my couches and shower as well. The shower was not something they could quote prior to arriving due to need to see size - understood but once they came there charged me $75 to clean the shower, asked me if I had an extra toothbrush so they could use to scrub and spent a total of 20 mins. After showing me the “finished product” I asked if they were able to get the brown spots off, they were planning to leave them there. Spring cleaning? Call Stanley Steamer for a nice refresh around the house. Richard senior and his trusty assistant cleaned two very large rugs and my sofa. My sofa looks new, it’s a beautiful beige sofa from Crate and Barrel. The two rugs have new color and the stains have gone. Drying off with slider doors open and a spring breeze running through the house. Great team Richard and assistant came on time. Talked me through the process. Asked if any spots needed special attention. And quietly and efficiently completed the cleaning. After this winter in the NE, quite severe, the clean up by Stanley Steamer means I’m enjoying the care they gave my belongings. Both rugs New Zeeland wool and purchased at Crate and Barrel look brand new! Thank you. Great Service Richard Senior!

The guys who came out were awesome . But unfortunately the results aren't great at all. The bathroom floor grout looks the same as it did before the process.It didn't remove dirt at all. Shower floor looks ok. We also had them try to get a spot/ stain out of the the hardwood floor in the living room. It did not come out..Stain is still there and we were still charged.We spent almost $400. Update: Stanley Steamer contacted me and will be coming out to see if they can get the grout cleaner. Great customer service.They replied quickly and are coming out to solve the problem.

What a great experience from the first visit of the technician to go over the project of cleaning our entire home vents. On day of project Josh and Adam were excellent! They explained the project and process. They were very gracious, professional and proactive. I highly recommend!!
