I bought a beautiful sectional sofa from HomeZone Furniture about 6 months ago. It is a gorgeous Ecru velvet fabric. Well, my dog got sick and vomited on one of the cushions. The sofa is under warranty and HomeZone sent out Stanley Steemer to clean the area. The service technicians were great ! Very professional and knowledgeable. They removed the stain in minutes. I’m going to have them back to clean the entire sofa real soon. Thank you Stanley Steemer for the top notch work!

Stanley Steemer did a great job getting out some tough stains and cleaning my carpets. Fast, friendly and professional. These carpets are 13 years old, and now look new.

Area rug low pile13x9, 2 years old. Scheduled for wed.. They arrived at 12:45 and pulled out at 1:45…The actual cleaning- 30 min…for $200. 🤔🤔🤔 If it would’ve actually been clean, I wouldn’t care if it took 15 min. Mind you my house is relatively spotless and there was not a single stain on the rug. We don’t even wear shoes in the house. I have two little dogs and I could smell two small spots if I sniffed literally nose to floor. When they left I could smell it from the door. I flipped the rug and mopped the LVP incase that was the issue. Nope. I smells the back of the rug. Terrible. The smell was overwhelming and became so so much worse by day 2. I used natures way enzymatic no rinse, once dry I used odoban pet refresh powder. Vaccines it up in the morning. Nope. So…On Saturday the smell

Booking my appointment was so easy and fast, this weekend I had my area rug cleaned. I was looking forward to it and when the time came the technician was super nice and friendly and informative. Unfortunately the cleaning did not live up to my expectations. The cleaning was set to be done on Saturday and today Monday almost dry I can see that it’s completely stained I could cry this area rug is from west elm and pretty pricy. Now that it’s dry it smells pretty bad and just looks terrible. On the picture you can see the yellow vs the original color. This rug did have two coffee stains that turned a bit darker after the cleaning. Super sad.
