I was disappointed that they didn’t clean up around the vents after they were done. Also the bed and rug were out of place in our bedroom and we will have to get someone in to help us move them back in place. One of the vent covers was not replaced even though I had told them it was not attached to the system.

Ben with Stanley Steemer did an excellent job cleaning my upholstery. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. The furniture looks and smells fresh, and the difference is truly noticeable. Ben explained the process clearly and treated my home with care. My elderly, large dog has not been well but she was getting better. Then things took a dark and smelly turn. I will spare you pictures of the “before” but believe me when I say it was horrific. Late last night I googled Stanley Steemer and the Winston Salem location came up. I got an online quote of $150 that would include one bedroom and one hallway. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window of 12-5:00. I called on the day of the appointment just to confirm. She was very polite, well spoken and helpful and we were all set. I opted in for texting and when they were on the way, I got a text with his GPS trackable location and name. Carnell and Anthony did an incredible job today! They tackled 3 rooms and a hallway in an hour. Cleaned, deodorized, and did a protective treatment. Very grateful for Carnell’s knowledgeable advice! Definitely recommend for anyone needing service in the King, NC area. Super easy to book online as well.

Joshua and Benjamin did a wonderful job on our area rug, hallway runner, and furniture upholstery! We have two large dogs and a baby, so our items needed some TLC. They were so kind and great to work with. We will happily hire them back for future needs!
