Stanley Steemer

We had a great experience with Stanley steamer and Zach and Brooks! They were thorough and neat. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend the service and the 2 guys for everyone. Our ducts had not been cleaned before and we are looking forward to a healthier atmosphere and cleaner air.

Jacob & Jarod arrived on time, were very pleasant & respectful, cleaned 3 rooms of carpet with great attention to detail, moved some furniture & put back in place (with protectors underneath), worked effectively & efficiently, & left my place looking great. I’m very pleased with the results. I’ll definitely use Stanley Steamer of York, PA in the future & I recommend them you!

Contractors were very polite and respectful! Hardworking:: However, the price was very high to have a vinyl floor cleaned.

This is nothing against the guy who were here, they were very nice. But not even 24 hours later the stains are showing back up. I spent $350 to have a small living room and the steps done. It seems that steaming the rug only cleans the top fibers, if you want a deeper clean, just shampoo it yourself. Not worth the money at all.

Let me start by saying, this is the first bad review I have ever left in my entire life. For any customer thinking about using this Stanley Steemer location. Pick another company. I requested this crew to come out and clean my carpets and floors prior to moving in my new home, meaning there was no furniture to clean around, an extremely easy job. After seeing the work they did, I immediately had to go out and buy my own carpet cleaner to redo my entire house. I reached out for a total refund and showed them the photos I am posting here and they offered me $150 refund for a $950 job. Attached are the photos of the amount of junk we got out of the carpets AFTER their crew left. I am now having to dispute this with my credit card company because the manager Ronald has stopped responding. Abso
