However, based on my experience and the complete lack of customer service afterward, I feel obligated to share what happened. Frankly, it also makes me question whether many of the reviews here accurately reflect the service being provided. We hired this company for a chimney inspection based on their strong local reviews, and the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. The “inspection” lasted less than two minutes. The technician barely looked at the fireplace before immediately telling us we needed a cleaning and crack repair totaling $1,100, with no explanation, no photos, and no evidence to support the recommendation. They were literally in the house for 10-15 minutes. Lots of upsetting. 380 for chimney cleaning and did not clean out mess.
