I initially reached out because our fence panels required replacement and sought guidance on the process. My first interaction with their office manager was warm and friendly, making it feel more like a conversation with a friend than a business transaction. She reassured me and provided clear possibilities on how to proceed with the repairs and the assistance they would offer. After coordinating our schedules with our neighbors, we scheduled our appointment. They ensured the process was smooth and efficient by communicating with our neighbors leading up to the day of repairs. Their crew was friendly and tentative cared about what I needed. They removed the previous fence. Discarded some items in neighbors yard. The fence is acceptable in appearance. Unacceptable in function. One neighbor’s 4 pound dog was able to break through the fence. Star used staples and screws, no nails. The panels had no mid support. When called to fix the fence, they placed mid support on one panel only. $8,000 for the fence that had to be corrected by another company. $10 in 1-1/2 inch nails would have made all the difference. This company focused on the least amount of effort for the most amount of profit. I would not recommend them to my enemies, let alone my friends. They posted their company name on the outside of the fence. Free advertising at my expense. Never requested, just posted. Maybe this is an isolated incident. For $8,000, is it worth

Star Fencing was great to work with right from the start. They answer the phone and respond quickly to questions and scheduling an estimate. The family owned company is polite and professional and makes recommendations that make sense and saves money. The quality of the work was great and it was done quickly. We want to thank Star Fencing team for the amazing job they did putting a vinyl fence and two gates in our front yard. They were very meticulous. Mr. Chad and his team were very professional and answered all our questions very thoroughly. The communication with the office team was very impressive. I was able to text even at night asking questions about the materials and they were very responsive. We were very impressed with their high quality of customer service.
