I would like to give this place a zero star review. The lack of knowledge with grouting a floor correctly and absolute zero customer service is ridiculous. If it wasn't for my builder using star flooring and my house still being under warranty I would not be using them. And I want to make sure other customers do not have to go through what we have gone through. Not only is the lady in the office rude, sarcastic and does not listen but the tile project manager can be a little snarky at times as well. After the original tile was laid, the company has now been out 5 times. Two times to fix the tile on my fireplace and it still looks terrible. Three times for the same tile issue on the same order. First they didn't bring the right grout and guy said his manager told him to not do the whole flo

Contracted through a builder. Spacers weren’t used on small tiles, grout work is sloppy, sanded silicone wasn’t used to match the grout, grout colors do not match throughout and floor tile is stained. Really not what we expected. Normally wouldn’t leave a review but I see this poor craftsmanship every day and it is really disappointing. Our other two showers are just as bad.

We moved into our home in May of 2020 and chose Star Flooring to install vinyl flooring throughout our house. These floors were so poorly installed that they are now breaking at the connection points. One hallway was so bad Star had a tech come out and redo it (warranty: inside the first 6 months). The contractor said it was not installed correctly. I’m really frustrated that I’m going to have to replace flooring that’s not even 3 years old because of Star’s negligence in proper installation. Their sales department was fine, but DO NOT let their contractors install your flooring.

Sent out someone to fix our floor which was under warranty. He was amazing. Found out our floor wasn't done right to begin with when the house was built 9 months ago. He replaces the entire floating floor. It is amazing. Better than when we first moved in!
