I had a very nice/professional gentleman come to examine and then fix our furnace. I was happy with his service and our interactions. He explained everything that he needed to do in a way that I understood.

Would recommend this company for sure. Dylan came out Saturday night when our heat went out and had us up and running in no time. Communicated well and was very efficient. Quick response time on a very busy and cold weekend.

STAR Heating and Cooling serviced our gas fireplace. They were on time, communicated well, and improved the performance of our fireplace.

First time customer. Called after hours and chatted with Scott over the phone. He was very helpful and answered my questions and checked the furnace . Luckily, it was an easy fix so he didn’t charge me the emergency fee, which is so nice. Definitely, will be using Star Heating and Cooling again.

Service call was excellent. Eric identified gas fireplace issue was a faulty wall switch, he then cleaned out fireplace thoroughly and showed me how to alternately start gas fireplace until switch is replaced.
