Blake was so friendly and knowledgeable. He efficiently serviced us and recommended an easier way to schedule our services. He answered our questions regarding our vent grate and showed us. We have been using Star Heating and Cooling for years.

I will never deal with Star heating again , I paid $10k for a new unit , this was out of Harrisonburg Va , I called right after because my bill was so high , and Scott said because of my Sq ft , but others with same sq ft I know and theirs not that much , Called another time because I felt leak , someone came fixed that, I again called about my bill so high again he said had to be something else , so I thought maybe it is something else, well it’s been 2 years I finally decided to call electric co they told me it was my heating system so I called Scott again he sent someone down and said I had bad part which was under warranty but wanted $1400 for labor, I called and he lied tried to say I only called once which was not true !! I had Chris come over to fix the compressor after a snow day. Chris was so professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but answered all the questions I had.
