Star Locksmith

Real genuine lady, she made my keys real quick. Not to mention it was a Sunday she came and opened up for me just to get me out of a bind. 100% worth the call.

I broke my car key in Giddings while driving from Austin to Houston. I called Star Locksmith and they came out within 10 minutes, took my broken key and came back with a new one. Whole thing took 30 to 45 minutes.

I had an issue where I washed my car key in the laundry and because the chip inside no longer worked, my SUV wouldn't start. I called Star at 6:30 morning and they answered and told me they would be able to assist. I'm not from this area either and am here working on a rig, but she still made her way to me in about an hour. She was as nice as could be and finished making new keys and programmed a remote in like 15 minutes. Definitely recommend! She's a lifesaver. Thank you so much!

Family owned and customer oriented. The lady that runs the business from the store is amazing. She helped me get two new FOB keys cut and programmed for a 2004 Honda Accord today. I bought the keys on Amazon and she cut and programmed them for me. 1/2 the cost of the dealers. Only locksmith in three county’s that I could find who would cut key blanks bought off Amazon! So I hate to leave bad reviews, she did help me with my problem and ordered me a new key for my car. She just has a bad attitude and needs to be nicer and have more respect for her customers. Don't treat me like that, it was the way she was talking to me one of her customers. I guess the main thing is she did solve and fix my problem with my car. I probably won't be coming back to her. She really needs to calm down little bit, you don't speak to the customers like that. She's Lucky she getting three stars and not Two Stars.
