When I moved to Florida and didn't know where to find that special rug to pull my living room together , I was lucky enough to be taken to the finest bedroom in town . If you are looking for elegance and quality, variety and even a custom made carpet , this is the one place ! If you're looking for something for home or yacht , this is the place ! Such wonderful service and helpful staff! It took around 2 minutes to find the most beautiful rug imaginable and another for my entry. 5 years later I would buy them both again - I've enjoyed them both so much .

I rarely give a store a bad review but felt obligated. This store used to be wonderful! I was with a friend that had shopped there many times with Jodi. I just bought a home in Palm Beach and was excited to get some unique rugs. I was asked by a tall blond woman if we were designers. Once we said no she literally walked away. Yes we just came from the gym but never judge a book by it's cover. Shame on them. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience. If you are a resident of Palm Beach County who does not use a home designer all the time I would stay away from this business. Like other reviews you are immediately judged upon entry. Overall Sales associates could not be bothered and we were quickly dismissed by several team members. We were in the store well aware of the cost of premium rugs. Their smugness in quoting a price verbally then doubling it upon review a few days later was ridiculous. The sales crew were lazy and did not follow up on three occasions to get our business. Our expectations could not possible be more mismanaged. I know there of other quality rug designers in the area. I look forward to the experience of being a valued client in this area.

If you have not been to Crystal Tree and Carpet yet, run don’t walk. I had been searching for a new rug at my usual home decor spots that I frequent, a friend suggested I visit Crystal Tree. I was absolutely blown away by the diverse selection they carry. I was fortunate enough to work with one of the owners, Jodi who just beams absolute radiance and sophistication. I was not entirely sure the look/aesthetic I wanted to achieve in my living space, but once I showed her photos, she led me to the most absolutely beautiful woven wool area carpet. Everything clicked in that moment and I knew I had come to the right place. I highly recommend this experience to anyone that is looking for hardwood floors or carpets. Amazing store and team, they make you feel like family!

It's not often you find a company that is so honest and reputable! I over paid with a check and received an immediate phone call with a refund! Crystal Tree has things no one else carries. The store is classy and beautiful. The team is amazing, especially Jodi. She picked out the perfect hardwood for my home, the most magnificent area rugs for my living spaces and carpet for my master. This store has everything! Thank you so much for all of your help!
